Apartments Nikcevic - Kotor

Our studio at Apartments Nikcevic had a cozy and comfortable feel, with a kitchen and all the necessary amenities. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the balcony with the sea and pool view in the other two studios to be a bit of a distraction, as I preferred a more peaceful and private space. However, I can understand that others might enjoy the beautiful view.

My stay was very lovely, will choose it for sure next trip. Room was comfy and location was exceptionally nice. It was located in a very nice area very close to Kotor Bay, between Kotor and Perast, and Kotor, Budva, Sv Stefan and Perast,.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the apartment exceeded our expectations. The luxurious feel and attention to detail made it the perfect dream vacation spot. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and their kindness was greatly appreciated. We couldn't ask for a better location, with everything conveniently close by. The view from our room was jaw-dropping and the swimming pool was a refreshing bonus. The nearby market and bus stop made exploring neighboring towns a breeze. our experience was super and we can't wait to return.

location was perfect and excellent, in a quiet neighborhood. in fact, it was adjacent to the amazing old town and the bus station. there was a clean pool and views of the bay of kotor.

It was perfect in general: beautiful room, beautiful location near the beach as well as restaurants, a supermarket and bakery two minutes away. Overall experience was really really nice!

The place was clean and had bright and beautiful rooms. Location was stunning and excellent, within walking distance of everything we needed.

The studio we stayed in had a cozy and comfortable vibe, making us feel right at home. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, which was handy for preparing meals for our family. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment. The balcony with a sea and pool view added a touch of relaxation to our mornings and evenings. The private bathroom was clean and had a good shower, plus a hairdryer for convenience. The free wifi throughout the property was a bonus for staying connected with loved ones. Having a washing machine in the apartment made laundry chores much easier. Some units even had a terrace, offering an additional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Personally, I found that some units could benefit from having a larger TV screen.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Nikcevic! the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering us a nice cold beer upon arrival. the views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, especially from the upper floor. the pool was a highlight for both adults and children and was always kept clean. the location was also great, with the beach being just a short distance away. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with utensils and crockery for basic meal preparation. the terrace, although shared, still provided privacy and the doors and windows locked well.

We arrived on a cloudy day, but the incredible view from our balcony made up for it. The apartments were clean and comfortable, and the family even welcomed us with a free beer! The location was great, just a short drive to the nearby town. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, with plenty of sunshine. a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

While the apartments had a kitchen, it lacked some utensils for major cooking. However, it was still sufficient for simple meals.

Boat excursions arranged in the centre, sandy and rocky beach 50m away. Enjoy outdoor pool, free bicycles, BBQ on terrace, free parking. Furnished balcony with garden, pool, and sea view.

Oh, how I loved the chance to do my own laundry and lug around my dirty clothes in the tricky labyrinth of hallways!

The apartment had everything we needed as backpackers. the owners were very nice and helpful, and they even welcomed us with cold drinks on arrival. the view from the balcony was amazing, and there was a small swimming pool and lovely garden outside. the location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby.

Felt so welcome, nothing to complain about.

One downside is the lack of an information pack in the apartments, which could provide useful details such as taxi numbers, bus timetables, and local attractions.

Apartments Nikcevic is my go-to place for my business trips. The staff even helped with finding my lost bracelet. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, Dryer, Electric kettle, Kitchen utensils, Air conditioning.
